So let’s make one thing very clear; your satisfaction is our business.
Fox Box stands behind our own expertise and craftsmanship 100%, and we won’t claim a dollar of our hard earned money unless you’re also satisfied with our work. FoxBox offers a full refund policy on unopened new purchases and a 30-day return policy for refurbished items we sell back! For a more detailed list;
- Items sold as New may be returned to the FoxBox (with receipt) within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is still in it’s original packaging or sealed condition.
- Refunds are based on the price ‘as is’ listed on the receipt, reflecting sales and tax.
- Items sold as Refurbished (or used) may be returned for a full refund as long as the item is close to it’s original condition, or at least still working.
- Items with no receipt can be traded or sold to the FoxBox but we cannot fully honor a return without proof of purchase.
- New and Refurbished PC Hardware may be returned to the FoxBox (with receipt) within 7 days for a full refund as long as the item is returned with it’s full original packaging (minus shrink wrapping, unless you wild.)
- New Refurbished PC Hardware returned after 30 days requires a receipt and is only eligible for store credit.

Every item in FoxBox is sold for a great purpose, not a huge profit. We don’t upsell anything you don’t need, and we offer a range of choices for customer satisfaction! Pay for what you want, not what we want!
Fox Box is a proud electronics and repair retailer in Lee County Virginia. Fox Box keeps copies of work orders for customer Build Orders and PC repair histories. We do not keep detailed records of customer information, birthdays, address or email. When returning items, please provide the receipt, item and form of payment (Card if possible) and a form of ID (if cards were used).
Final Bit of Honesty; If a repair isn’t worth it… We’ll say so.
Sometimes a device is actually so far past it’s service date, it’s more dignified to let it go than to keep attempting repairs. And look, unless you’re bent on it keep the old classic, we will recommend upgrades or replacements rather than sinking hundreds of dollars into fixing a PC that’s past it’s prime! If we can repair it, we’ll repair it but if it’s time to go we’ll let you know!
