But sometimes things happen (something breaks, wrong part, Dead on arrival…) we text (or call!) you first… Always! Because we’re keeping everything up front, from start to finish!

Common Pricing Questions
How do you know how much my repair will cost?
Honestly, we don’t. That’s why we provide free Diagnostics in order for us to take a look and see what it’s about. That amounts to us looking at it, asking questions and getting a feel for it’s age, work history and potential issues. Afterwards, we start throwing out potential fixes and we always tell you what the price is; before we do anything
What if the repair costs are too high and I REALLY need my computer fixed?
Then let’s get the primary issue fixed and let you get back to work! If there are other issues stopping you from using your computer, we’ll make sure those critical ones are always in your initial repair cost, but we won’t do anything you don’t want done! We also guarantee your device to at least be bootable, if we don’t solve the issue. That’s why we keep a service record!
